Manila, December 19, 2017 – Ms. Elvira B. Lapuz, newly appointed CPD Council member for Librarians, formally took her oath before the Professional Regulation Commission on December 6, 2017, held at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), 2nd Floor, Delegation Building. Hon. Teofilo S. Pilando Jr., Chairman of the Professional Regulation Commission administered her oath and witnessed by Commissioner Yolanda D. Reyes.
