The schedules of Oathtaking of the Pagadian and Zamboanga passers of the September 2019 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers are as follows:

Inductees and guests shall come in formal attire.

For Pagadian passers, tickets are available at PRC Pagadian, 4th Fl., C3 Bldg, Rizal Avenue, Pagadian City and for Zamboanga Passers at PRC Zamboanga, R.T. Lim Boulevard, San Jose Cawa-cawa, Zamboanga City.

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (PIC) will start on 3 – 18 December 2019 for Pagadian and 3 – 19 December 2019 for Zamboanga. Passers must bring the following requirements:

• Notice of Admission (for identification only)
• Duly Accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
• Two (2) pieces passport size pictures with white background and complete nametag
• Two Sets of Documentary Stamps
• One (1) piece brown envelope

Successful Examinees must PERSONALLY register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
