Manila, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) recently concluded the week-long celebration of its 45th Founding Anniversary last 22 June 2018 at the Bulwagang Nubla, PRC Main Office.

The celebration kicked off last 18 June 2018 with an Opening Ceremony headed by Chairman Teofilo S. Pilando Jr. and Commissioners Yolanda D. Reyes and Jose Y. Cueto Jr. In his speech, the Chairman revealed the plans for the building of a new PRC Examination and CPD Office in Pasay City. He also highlighted the other accomplishments, ongoing activities and proposed projects of the Commission that will surely benefit the country’s professionals.

Employees participated in the different events slated for the week such as the 2-day PRC Bazaar, Livelihood Training Seminars and the Family Day. They also enjoyed free Medical, Dental, Beauty and Wellness Services sponsored by the Philippine Association of Professional Regulatory Boards (PAPRB) and their Professional Regulatory Board partners.

The Professional Regulation Commission was created via Presidential Decree No. 223 on June 22, 1973 by then President Ferdinand R. Marcos. Its longevity is a testament to its everlasting dedication and concern for the welfare of professionals as it continuously adhere to its mission and vision to “Serve Better, Stand Stronger and Reach Wider”.
