The supplier shall bid for the item described in the Terms of Reference, which shall not exceed the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) inclusive of all applicable bank and government charges, in the amount of:

• Lot 1: RFQ NO. 2022-113 Procurement of Various Medical Supplies - One Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-Nine Pesos and Eight Centavos (Php144,359.08)
• Lot 2: RFQ NO. 2022-114 Procurement of Various Medical Equipment - One Hundred Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Nine and Fifty Centavos (Php100,969.50)

Bidders who are legally, technically, and financially capable may submit their accomplished open quotation/proposal personally by mail/courier addressed to the BAC Office, 4th Floor, PRC Annex Building, P.
