Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) officially opened its new offsite service center in Robinsons Place Valencia City, Bukidnon last November 26, 2022.

Gracing the event were PRC Chairperson, Hon. Charito A. Zamora; PRC Commissioner, Hon. Erwin M. Enad; PRC Region X Director, Ms. Julie L. Sabalza, Professional Regulatory Board (PRB) for Electronics Engineering Chairman, Hon. Engr. Alnar L. Detalla, PRB for Real Estate Service Board Member, Hon. Pilar T. Banaag, and other PRC officers and employees.

In her opening address, Chairperson Zamora emphasized the collaboration of the Commission with different local government units (LGUs), particularly of Bukidnon. “PRC must strengthen its collaboration and engagement to the stakeholders to bring services closer to the public,” said Chairperson Zamora.

Also present during the turn-over ceremony were Bukidnon Fourth District Congresswoman Hon. Laarni L. Roque, and Robinsons Mall Mindanao Regional Head, Mr. Danny Camat together with his staff, who showed their utmost gratitude to PRC for the success of the endeavor.

“The presence of PRC in Valencia will bring the professionals closer to them in availing the various PRC services. With this initiative, our professionals in Bukidnon Province will no longer experience the hassle of transacting and going to the PRC Cagayan de Oro,” said Congresswoman Roque.

The new PRC offsite service center is currently located at the 3rd floor of Robinsons Place Valencia City and is expected to serve at least 50-100 clients daily, which will help decongest the volume of clients transacting in Cagayan de Oro City. This will also provide more convenience for PRC clients in Valencia City and its neighboring areas in the Bukidnon province.

For applicants who wish to avail the PRC services at this new offsite service center, the same will be open from Mondays to Fridays, from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Among the services provided by PRC Valencia Offsite Service Center will include processing applications for licensure examinations, initial registration, and renewal of Professional Identification Cards (PICs).
