PRC Offices Operating Under Work-from-home Arrangement Due to ECQ

Due to extended Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) in the following areas:

National Capital Region (NCR), Region III (Central Luzon except the Province of Aurora), Region IV-A (CALABARZON), the Provinces of Pangasinan, Benguet, Iloilo, Cebu and the Cities of Baguio, Cebu, Legazpi, Davao, and Zamboanga until May 15, 2020, the following PRC Offices shall continue to implement a work-from-home arrangement, and skeletal workforce whenever appropriate, until the lifting of the ECQ:

  • NCR (PRC Central Office)
  • NCR (PRC NCR)
  • CAR (PRC Baguio)
  • Region I (PRC Rosales)
  • Region III (PRC San Fernando)
  • Region IV-A (PRC Lucena)
  • Region V (PRC Legaspi)
  • Region VII (PRC Cebu)
  • Region XI (PRC Davao)
  • Region VI (PRC Iloilo)
  • and their Service Centers
  • PRC Zamboanga Field Office

Further, all confirmed online appointments in the above PRC offices shall be accommodated beginning May 18, 2020, Mondays to Fridays, during office hours, and until further notice.

Our online platforms, however, will remain accessible and the public are advised to send their queries and concerns on related transactions to the concerned PRC offices through their email addresses indicated below:
