Manila, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission welcomes the newly appointed members of the Professional Regulatory Board of Veterinary Medicine (PRB-VETMED). Administered by the PRC Chairperson Hon. Charito A. Zamora and witnessed by Commissioners Jose Y. Cueto, Jr. and Erwin M. Enad, the new members of PRB-VETMED, Hon. Tomas Mendoza Acorda, Hon. Agnes Teodora Apuan Baylon, and Hon. Claro Niegos Mingala formally took their oath of office at PRC Morayta on April 17, 2024.
