Approved Budget for the Contract:

The supplier shall bid for the item described in the Terms of Reference, which shall not exceed

the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in the amount of Sixty-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Pesos and Sixty-Seven Centavos (Php69,380.67) inclusive of all applicable bank and government charges

• Lot 1: Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-Seven Pesos only (Php9,747.00)
• Lot 2: Fifteen Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Eight Pesos only (Php15,198.00)
• Lot 3: Thirteen Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-One Pesos and Sixty-Seven Centavos (Php13,451.67)
• Lot 4: Thirty Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Four Pesos (Php30,984.00)

Bidders who are legally, technically, and financially capable may submit their accomplished open quotation/proposal personally by mail/courier addressed to the BAC Office, 4th Floor, PRC Annex Building, P. Paredes St. Sampaloc, Manila through facsimile no. (02) 5-3100037 or via email at bac@prc.gov.ph using the “PRC Official Forms” provided in the RFQ, duly signed by the owner or his duly authorized representative not later than July 5, 2023 at 9:30 A.M..
