PRC Employees Workshop on Customer Service Management

 

Manila, March 7, 2017 - The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)through the Training Section of the Human Resource Management Division held a workshop on Customer Service Management for PRC employees to enhance the front liners’ knowledge and skills in dealing with clients, last February 27 and 28, 2017 at the Examiner’s Lounge, PRC Central Office, Manila.

 

Ms. Zenaida F. Velasco of John Robert Powers International conducted and facilitated the training while Ms. Emily Corres; International Certified John Maxwell Coach delivered a motivational talk.

Thirtyseven (37) employees from the different Offices/Divisions of PRC attended the training.
