Following the successful conduct of the Foreign Mobile Service in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap, Cambodia and Dubai, United Arab Emirates in the previous year, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is set to bring its services closer to Filipinos in Australia and Japan this coming November and December 2024, respectively.

Specific dates and venues are as follows:

• 16-17 November 2024 - 2nd Multi-Agency Service Mission (MASM) at the Tumbalong Park, Sydney, Australia;
• 20-21 November 2024 - 1st MASM at the Philippine Consulate General, Level 10, 257 Collins St. Mebourne, Australia; and,
• 7-8 December 2024 - Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA) Caravan at the Yoyogi Park, Tokyo, Japan.

The following services will be offered:

1. Initial Registration;
2. Renewal and/or Duplication of Professional Identification Card (PIC);
3. Application for Board Examination;
4. Issuance and/or Authentication of Certificate of Registration;
5. Issuance and/or Authentication of Rating;
6. Issuance and/or Authentication of Passing;
7. Issuance of Certificate of Good Standing;
8. Issuance of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Compliance;
9. Application for Special Temporary Permits (STP); Special Permits (SP); and Temporary Training Permits (TTP); and,
10. Other Services.

Similarly, the PRC invites all qualified Filipino Registered Engineers and Architects in the mentioned foreign countries to participate in the Orientation on ASEAN Mutual Recognition Arrangements (MRAs) and APEC Project alongside the stakeholder meetings.

PRC registered professionals are advised to create a transaction through their accounts in the PRC Licensure Examination & Registration Information System (LERIS) at https://online.prc.gov.ph/, choose the corresponding venue (Region XI - Sydney or Melbourne, Australia or Tokyo, Japan) and pay the corresponding fees.
