A registered professional is a passer of any Licensure Examinations conducted by the PRC and has taken his/her oath of profession. Thus, the public is highly encouraged to be cautious in transacting with any individual or entities to prevent unauthorized or illegal practice of professions. The Professional Regulatory Board for Customs Broker stands in solidarity with the Bureau of Customs in its commitment to upholding the integrity of the customs brokerage profession and taking action against unauthorized activities.

On the other hand, the PRC continuously takes measures to protect the public from adverse circumstances arising from unauthorized practices or illegitimate activities.
