The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), an organization committed to serving its clients with passion and excellence, has successfully delivered various services to the transacting public.

The PRC conducted eighteen (18) virtual oathtakings and sixteen (16) licensure examinations. Moreover, the PRC together with the Professional Regulatory Board (PRB) of Nursing, the Migrant Workers Office (MWO) recognized the topnotchers and successful examinees from the June 2024 Philippine Nurses Special Professional Licensure Examination (PN-SPLE) last July 19, 2024, via virtual recognition ceremony.

In highlight is the signing of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Executive Order (EO) No. 174, otherwise known as the “Establishing the Expanded Career Progression System (System) for Public School Teachers” last July 26, 2024 led by the Secretary of the Department of Education (DepEd), Hon. “Juan Edgardo “Sonny” Manalang Angara, along with the members of Inter-Agency Committee: the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) through its Secretary, Hon. Amenah F. Pangandaman; the Commissioner of the Civil Service Commission (CSC), Hon. Ryan Alvin R. Acosta and PRC Chairperson, Hon. Charito A. Zamora. The IRR aims to promote professional development and career advancement among public school teachers and defines the career lines of teachers within the public school system.

The PRC, along with its relevant programs, projects, and activities, reiterates its commitment to continue providing quality and excellent services to its clients.
