PASAY CITY, PHILIPPINES – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) warmly congratulates Hon. Graciano B. Calayan, Jr., and Hon. Anthony Jerome Lara as the newly appointed Career Progression and Specialization Program – Credit Accumulation and Transfer System Program Committee (CPSP-CATS) Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson of Sanitary Engineering, respectively.

They formally took their oath on February 19, 2025 (Wednesday) at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), Pasay City. The oathtaking activity was administered by Assistant Commissioner Lord Louis. P. Valera as the Oversight for the CPSP-CATS.
